How much is your delivery fees?
Norefal provides shipping to Peninsular Malaysia, and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). As for overseas shipment, do contact us via email or our office phone number. Norefal / Norefal (Mktg) Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to change the shipping fees without prior notice. The shipping fee is based on local courier company charges.
When will I receive my purchase?
Norefal aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout. Under normal circumstance, you will be able to receive your purchase within seven (7) working days.
However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Our aim is to have your items shipped out from our warehouse as fast as possible except for some circumstances where unfortunately it is beyond our control for example courier service delays, emergency, or items out of stock.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or received defective product(s), we are here to help. You have fourteen (14 days) to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) must be in the original packaging and needs to have the invoice or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
If you would like to return or exchange an item(s), we will do everything we can (within reason). Please send us an email in the following format:
